Privacy Policy

Glide Fit · Last updated July 25, 2026

Glide Fit is a motion game: the camera is your controller. This policy explains what happens to your data — starting with the part people care about most.

The camera never records you. Video from your camera is processed live on your device by Apple's Vision framework to detect body pose (head, shoulders, wrists). No video, photos, or pose data ever leave your device. Nothing is recorded, stored, or transmitted — when the session ends, the frames are gone.

Face data

Some moves are aimed with your head, so alongside body pose the app also runs Apple's on-device face detection (VNDetectFaceRectanglesRequest) on the same frame. This is what it does, in full:

Face detection runs only while you are in a session with the camera active, and stops the moment the session ends.

Your account

Glide Fit requires an account. You sign in with Sign in with Apple or Google — we never create or handle a password. From your chosen provider we receive:

We use these to identify your account and sync your progress. We do not email you marketing, and we do not sell or share this data.

Cloud sync

So your progress survives a new phone or a reinstall, your game data is backed up to Google Firestore under your user ID. That means: coins, streaks, days played, distance flown, unlocked suits and worlds, and your game settings. It does not include camera data of any kind.

What else we collect

What we don't collect

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time: Settings → Delete Account. This permanently erases your cloud progress document and your sign-in record. It cannot be undone, and we keep no copy. Deleting the app alone removes only the local data on that device — use Settings → Delete Account if you want the cloud copy gone too.

Third-party services

These processors handle data on our behalf, under their own privacy terms: Firebase (Google), Mixpanel, RevenueCat, and Apple.

Children

Glide Fit is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices

You can delete your account and all cloud data from Settings, as described above. For any other privacy question or request, contact us — we'll handle it promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the update appears on this page with a new date at the top.
